Summary: The room was clean except for some stuff was left in the sink. The first room we got there was a big chunk missing out of the door, and the back door didnt want to open, so they put us in another room. The doors opened and were fine but there was some bugs, or gross stuff left in the sink. Most of the staff were curtious but some of them were super rude. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and it wasnt very good nor was it enough food, so my husband ordered a cheeseburger from the bar and was not impressed, so we explored the island and ate out for most of our trip. The ocean was great, the pools and hot tub were all excellent. We just didnt use this hotel for the all inclusive that it should have been. We never used the casino or the other activities at this hotel so we dont have a review on all of that.
