Getting Around
A rental car is strongly recommended on St. Croix. The island drives on the left, and roads can be narrow and winding—take it slow your first day.

Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas, except for the following locked staff/owner spaces:
• Back storage room / utility room at the rear of the house against the hillside.

• No parties or unapproved events. Day visitors and vendors require prior approval.

• No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outdoors, please use a closed container and dispose responsibly.
• Please treat the home with care — it’s a brand‑new build (2025).
Events & Celebrations
We love special moments, but events must be arranged in advance. Any gathering (weddings, celebrations, photo shoots, outside vendors) requires prior written approval and may require an event agreement, proof of insurance, and a refundable security deposit. Unapproved events are not permitted.
