We are now taking reservations for 2023- 2024 Ski Season.
You don’t have to take the Shuttle Bus here.
This is the best location on the mountain. It is the first house after the hotel Mountain Club. You can walk to the slopes in minutes, come home for a break and not have to get in your car all weekend. Just grab your skis and take less than a one minute walk to the slopes.
We are taking reservations for the 2023-2024 Winter Ski Season at Loon Mountain.
SHORT TERM SPECIAL SEASONAL RATES:
We will only take a reservation for a two week minimum stay.
The cost is $2250. per week.
A One Month Short Term Rental includes all utilities, electricity, heat and hot water, propane for the fireplace, TVs, and Wi Fi.

LONG TERM SPECIAL SEASONAL RATE
December - March: $21000.00
On Long Term Rentals we require the tenants to pay Electricity, which is heat and hot water. The other utilities, Propane for the fireplace, TV, Telephone and WiFi are all included.
• A Three Month Long Term Rental from 2023 -2024 is $14K.
• That is 3 months and it includes the all the holidays and school vacation weeks.
• A Four Month Long Term Rental from 2023-2024 is $16K.
• That is 4 months and it includes the all the holidays and school vacation weeks.

This is a non-smoking and non-pet home.
You don’t have to take the Shuttle Bus here. Just grab your skis and take less than a one minute walk to the Slopes.
This four level home is located on Loon Mountain just steps away from the slopes and the hotel. It is built with the skier in mind and is the first house lot closest to the ski slopes. It features a living area with a fireplace and lots of sleeping room. All the bedrooms enjoy cable TV and the living room has a flat screen LCD TV. It is a minute away from the base of Loon Mountain and The Mountain Club. In the winter step out the door of this exceptional home and into your skis.
• On the entry level of the home you will find a bedroom with a size bed, a full bath, laundry room, a second bedroom with a twin size bed. The entry foyer has a slate floor and a bench sitting area, which allows you to put on your ski boots and walk to the slopes.
• The second level is the main living area where you can relax in front of the gas fireplace. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Step out on to the deck and enjoy your surroundings as this home provides great winter views.
• The third level boasts two bedrooms each with a queen size beds and a full bath. One of these bedrooms has a sitting area with a futon which can also be used for sleeping additional people.
• The fourth level is a loft that overlooks the living and kitchen area. This can be a children’s play area or a quiet spot to read.
